R1DE Studio Policies

To protect the R1DE class experience, please follow these simple requests:

Class Cancellation

You must cancel your reservation 12 hours prior to class start time. Failure to cancel 12 hours in advance will result in a late cancel charge of $15 for members and loss of the credit if using a single ride credit

No Shows

If you miss a scheduled reservation with no notice, this will result in a $20 charge for members and the loss of the credit if using a single ride credit

Class Check In

All riders are required to check in at the front desk prior to every class. If you do not check in you may be charged a no show fee. If you are taking back-to-back classes, you must stop by the front desk prior to every class to ensure you have been checked in for each.

New Riders

First time? We require new riders to arrive 15 minutes prior to class to give you ample time to prepare. First timers who arrive within 5 minutes of class are not guaranteed entry to class for safety reasons.

Shoe Rental

Our bikes require either Delta or SPD clip in cycling shoes. We offer shoes to rent for $3 and we also have Tiems indoor cycling shoes available to purchase. You may also bring your own cycling shoes as long as they are compatible and installed correctly.

Phones & Apple Watches

We require all riders leave their phones in their lockers during class, or at the front desk if you are expecting an emergency call. All Apple Watches must be silent, screen dimmed, and put on to “theater mode” for class.

Late Arrivals

New riders may not be allowed entry into class if arriving within 5 minutes of class start time. All other riders may have a 5 minute grace period once the class starts, after that no one may enter class for safety reasons. If there is a waitlist and you have not checked in 2 minutes prior to start time and there is someone on standby you forfeit your spot in class.

Waitlist

If a class is full, you will have an option to join the waitlist. If you are next on the waitlist and a spot opens up you will be automatically added into the class. Keep in mind that adding yourself to the waitlist indicates that you fully intend to join the class, and late cancelling/no showing will result in a fee.

Leaving Class Early

For safety purposes and out of respect for the entire class, we ask that you do not leave class early unless there is an emergency. If you do have to leave you may not be allowed entry back in for the same reasons.
