Questions


It's my first class, what should I expect?
All of our classes are beginner-friendly and our coaches are trained to assist all levels. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before class. This will allow our crew to set you up properly on the bike and explain the workout to you. During class, please listen to your body and take breaks and modifications when needed. Our coaches are trained to teach an inclusive class for all levels but you absolutely do not have to do anything that does not feel good! You should expect to have fun!

What should I wear to class?
We recommend athletic tops and fitted bottoms that won't get in the way of the pedals. Wear whatever you are most comfortable in but a reminder, we will get sweaty! We offer clip in shoe rentals for $3 or you can bring your own clip in cycling shoes. Our bikes are compatible to SPD and DELTA cleats.


What makes R1DE different from cycling classes at my gym or other studios?
Our coaches are trained to lead a class suitable for all fitness levels. One of our biggest goals is inclusivity. We teach a rhythm based class that will allow you to learn how to move your body to the beat of the music while getting an incredible full body workout. We incorporate cycling and strength training in our class.

What amenities do you provide at the studio?
Our studio is equipped with two showers and two large restrooms to get ready in if needed. We also provide towels for your workout as well as for the showers (if you forgot yours). There are lockers with built in locks. No need to bring your own. We have a cooled filtered water system to fill up your own water bottle. Celsius energy drinks, assorted replenishing beverages, and nourishing snacks are available for purchase.
